If your delivery requires a specific time we will be happy to provide you with our express delivery service for an additional fee. * Sunday delivery is available in certain markets. Where Sunday deivery is not available your order would be delivered the very next day. * We will be happy to accept your international orders, however, you must speak directly with one of our trained specialists. * There is an additional service fee of $8.95 on every order. No matter what you spend that is what we make on your order and it is your guarantee that we will work for you in every way.

It is our policy, however, to ensure customer satisfaction by offering replacements for those orders that do not meet our customer’s expectations, free upgrades on future orders or a store credit for the entire amount of the order of which the customer was dissatisfied.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
